My name is Raymond Mann and I am a bivocational minister in the Church of the Nazarene based in Milton, VT.  My wife Debbie and I are co-pastors at a church in St. Albans, here since 2007.  I have been in ministry since 1992 and have always been in positions requiring me to hold at least one secular job while in ministry.  At one point of my life I held three secular positions while also pastoring. Bivocational ministry has enabled me to do things and go places where a fully-funded minister would be at a distinct disadvantage, but it has not always been a bed of roses.  This website and ministry were created in an effort to draw on my years of experience, my successes and failures in order to help other bivocational ministers along this road.
